6 Week Challenge – Wk 3 Update

Week 3 has started pretty good! I can see change, physically and emotionally. I feel like I am more excited about working out and eating right, so it makes being healthy feel good!

I’ve been back on track working out and eating right. I’ve been doing smoothies for breakfast and dinner, it has been going well. I’ve added more kale and spinach than before and find that a few snack bars help me throughout the day. I also have carrots and broccoli around and that has helped a lot. I see myself getting better everyday. Week 3 has been good. Excite to finish strong and see how this all works out.

Monday Update

What I ate

  • Breakfast
    • Smoothie: Kale, Spinach, banana frozen berries (strawberries, rasberries, black berries), coconut water, flax seeds, 2 dates
  • Lunch
    • Black beans, quinoa, corn, green beans
  • Dinner
    • lettuce, tomato, black beans, black olives, green peppers (I had lots of this and it was soooooo good)
