One thing I’ve learned, is that cooking takes lots of time, practice, and prayer. lol, I’m kidding! Cooking is so therapeutic and has many benefits aside from leaving a good taste in your mouth. Haha! Sorry, I’m super corny. Good mental and physical health really starts with what you put in your body. When you feel good, physically, it really helps with how you feel mentally and emotionally.
